2. B2B Services Scope & Contracting

Information provided on this website regarding 5G Swaps, BTS Switch Commissioning, OFC Engineering, MW Link Alignment, and O&M Services is for informational and business procurement purposes. Formal contractual engagements, SLA commitments, and pricing are governed exclusively by executed Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Purchase Orders (POs) signed between UTES and partner OEMs/Telcos.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, technical diagrams, logos, code widgets, and branding assets published on this portal are the intellectual property of Ultimate Telecom Engineering Services. Unauthorized duplication, scraping, or distribution of site material without written consent is strictly prohibited.
