1. Policy Statement

At Ultimate Telecom Engineering Services (UTES), human life and environmental protection take absolute precedence over operational speed. Working on high-altitude lattice towers,Monopoles, live DC power plants, and trenching sites involves inherent hazards. We maintain a zero-compromise policy regarding Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and field safety protocols.

2. High-Altitude Rigging & PPE Mandates

Every rigger, climber, and field engineer deployed on tower sites must adhere to strict safety standards:

• Mandatory Safety Gear: Full-body harness with double lanyards, fall arresters, industrial helmets with chin straps, non-slip safety shoes, and heavy-duty work gloves.
• Medical Fitness Certification: mandatory medical health checks, vertigo tests, and height fitness sign-offs for all tower climbers.
• Weather Safety Protocol: Immediate suspension of high-altitude work during high winds, lightning, heavy rain, or poor visibility conditions.

3. Electrical & Power Plant Safety

During BTS cabinet swaps, SMPS power plant calibrations, and battery bank installations, field crews must enforce strict Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols to prevent electrical shocks, short circuits, and equipment damage.

4. Environmental Responsibility

We are committed to sustainable civil and fiber execution. During OFC HDD trenching and site civil construction, our teams minimize soil disruption, dispose of e-waste responsibly, and ensure proper restoration of public ground surfaces.

5. Continuous Training & Audits

UTES conducts regular toolbox talks, emergency response drills, and site safety audits across all 22 circles under the leadership of directors Janey Alam, Nipendra Singh, and Ravi Kumar. Safety non-compliance results in immediate site shutdown until rectified.
